Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The food was ok but the waitress was awful once we had ordered. After receiving our paninis and beers she started to shout at us and other customers really rudely and compelled us to leave. As we were paying she shouted that she sold "Street...food" and that we had stayed too long (10 minutes). Then she pushed us out. We were really shocked!More

Disgraceful behaviour of woman waitress. Just look at the poor reviews, clearly skewed data on suggesting this is a good venue. Rudest customer service experience ever, we simply walked away!!! I have never given a bad rating to anyone though I go to the trouble...here to protect others - avoid!More

Much needed after a trip to the Vatican! Such friendly service too. We asked for recommendations and we’re pointed to two options we would never have picked ourselves. Absolutely stunning! Will 100% be back and totally recommend.

The waitress was very rude, first she asked us where we were from and then she was very rude. She raised her voice when I said what she did was wrong and we regretted going. He raised his voice when I said what he did...was wrong and we regretted going.More

The owner is quite friendly! We loved the food here. Enjoyed a brunello panini with a Prosecco, which was a perfect pairing. Panini bread is crispy with salty meat, cheese, and chili jam — perfect for lunch. Thanks to the other reviewers that helped us...find this place!More

When you come in this is more of a tourist trap near the Vatican City. This place is more of a run down food truck with bad hygiene. But it is ran by Italian people. The sandwiches are pretty decent, but the service is terrible....I mean absolutely atrocious. It is ran by what appears to be a husband and wife. The wife is one of the rudest people I encountered in my 8 days in Rome. Most people are nice ,but she’s extremely rude. Just get a sandwich take away or don’t come at all. Find a more centrally located sandwich shop and avoid their terrible service. Bread was pretty good I will say.More

Found this place based on trip advisor review as I love a good panini. Its close to the Vatican museum so we stopped off after we had been there. Well, the reviews are 100% legit! Firstly the ?owners were SO friendly, it was such a...welcome on a terribly rainy day. The options are vast and you can see all the meats are so fresh. I chose a salami, mushroom, cheese and chilli jam one I COULD EAT THIS EVERY DAY OF MY LIFE, also had an italian beer, again really nice. The prices were well under what they are for less quality closer to the centre of rome (we stayed near Trevi). If it wasnt a 40 minute walk we would have been back every day. Amazing, thank you so much xxMore

Really bad service. Very rude to us. Unbelievably awful. Didn't even speak English to understand what the problem was. We decided to leave without ordering.

The best panini we had in Rome! Conveniently located next to the Vatican. Lots of variety in sandwiches. Reasonably priced. We went back here twice because it was so good!

I tried some paninos in my life, not in Italy, they don’t even near this! We tried angliticiano and merlot, one with porchetta cheese and dried tomato the other with smoked hat, cheese and olio with tartufo. Great for a walking lunch!

Was really good and full of condiments unlike many other sandwiches here in Rome. The only thing is that the place is too too small.
