I had the veal saltimbocca, broccoletti, and house red. Everything was outstanding. It seemed like there were mostly Italians eating there.

Nicely pleased to be greeted with a warm welcome in a restaurant in Rome, where so far have not felt much welcomed in any restaurant or shop. Very nice atmosphere indoors since we couldn't get a table out in the terrace because all tables had been booked. I must admit we couldn't understand much of the menu but the three... More

I visited this restaurant several times due to its location (near my hotel). It is small (just a few tables) and simple but with very nice staff and great food! I can highly recommend this place.

Even it sounds wired, but it's not that easy to find a good fish restaurant in Rome! Lucky us we did it!!! My friend told me about this place and when my mom came to visit us we decided to check it out.. We came on Sunday, the restaurant was full! Luckily we got a place to seat and ordered... More

This was one of our favorites in the neighborhood during a 9 day stay in the city. Food was good. Service was friendly and prompt. The feel was good. No reservations at this place. Arrive early or wait your turn. You'll be seated next to locals. Makes for a the great feel at the place. Eat what's in season or... More

As a tourist I cant honestly comment, but this seems like a great local osteria. I got here too early not knowing how long it might take me, and they couldn't be more welcoming. A glass of wine and fresh crisps while I waited. Then a great meal of fresh seafood. Standouts were the crudo plate & grilled calamari. The... More

Already wrote a critics of this excellent restaurant, which never appeared on the website. But we had such a great dinner at the Osteria da Francesco that we had to try to submit it once again. We were warmly welcomed in this somewhat classy restaurant. Service was excellent, very good advices on the long and rich food list. Ordered a... More

We came to an empty but fully booked restaurant. They managed to find a table for the 4 of us. The the waiters was very nice. They recommend some great white wine from the area around Rome, and the wine and food was all very delicious. Highly recommend.

The 10€ classic lasagna was pretty tasty. It was followed with the 16€ suckling piglet with potatoes, a dish with a good potential. While the piglet tasted significantly better than regular pork, it arrived warm outside and not warm near the bone. Hence it was a warmed up piece, and not enough warm to spread the good aroma. No comparison... More

The food was not as good as I expected. I would have tried somewhere cheaper and better. The spaghetti was just average
