Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We needed a quick food option before a tour so we popped in and took away a bunch of delicious sandwiches to eat at our Airbnb before the tour. Food options were great and every sandwich we ordered was yummy! So happy this was steps...away from where we stayed, near the Trevi fountain, and we could have a quick bite!More

I’m so glad I found this place. We went around 10pm on a Saturday evening and were lucky enough to get a table. We ordered a medium board which was HUGE! A combination of meats, cheeses, breads with olive tapenade, sundried tomato pesto and fresh...fruit and veggies. It was a bargain price of €24! I will 100% be back!More

We came across this little bar just round the corner from the Trevi fountain in a quiet street. We were looking for a coffee but they only served wine so we had that instead! Very small but with such atmosphere. We wished we were hungry...as they serve lovely platters of cold meats on wooden board which looked delicious. Excellent local wines.More

Wow! For a small place this was some of the best food we had while in Rome. They prepared it all in front of us as we ordered. I would recommend anyone stop here if you are nearby. It did not disappoint. 10/10

The food and the atmosphere was excellent. Unfortunately I need to deduct two stars for restaurant sanitation best practice. The guys behind the counter would blow his nose into a tissue and not wash his hands to prepare the next board. The owner did see...this and brought it to his attention but he did the same thing when she was not around. After three tough years of COVID one would expect better sanitation practices.More

Tiny fabulous gem of a bar with a excellent bar man Lorenzo whose wine knowledge was great. We had two very different delicious bottles of Prosecco.

Ideally located between the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain, this is one of the few non-touristy places in the neighborhood. The first time we stopped only for a few glasses of wine from their encyclopedic list and then went back for dinner a second...evening for what was the culinary highlights of our trip -- a porchetta sandwich with roasted tomatoes. The sandwich was so huge that we split it and, unable to get the amazing flavor and texture of the porchetta out of our mouth, were finally able to track some down in a tradition Italian meat market on Arthur Avenue in the Bronx. We're saving it for a trip down memory lane and the amazing evenings spent at Cantina dei Papi. There are only a handful of tables, so be sure to get there early!More

An amazing find, we went twice. At night we had a medium board for 2 and it was large ( we ate it all! ) and tasted great - lovely hams/salami and cheeses. A few glasses of house Merlot and we were very happy indeed....After the Sistine Chapel we came back for a Roast pork sandwich which was fantastic. 1 between 2 would be enough. The staff were great and a great place to say hello to the other customers. BrilliantMore

When my wife told me she wanted to go get dinner at a charcuterie board place, I was skeptical. But let me tell you just how wrong I was. Lorenzo was the best waiter in the world that genuinely cared about making us enjoy every...aspect of our dinner. The food itself tasted as incredible as it looked. I literally cannot say anything bad about this place. 10/10.More

My husband and I agree that this was the best sandwich we have ever had. I will truly be dreaming about this delicious sandwich when I am back in the states and at work. We had just finished a long tour of The Roman Forum...and The Colosseum and we're absolutely famished. This restaurant is off a side street and could easily be overlooked so make sure to add this to your itinerary. We both had a veggie sandwich. The bread was soft and airy. We added fresh mozzarella, cherry tomatoes soaked in olive oil and basil, sautéed onions, artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, arugula and the best part was the zucchini which truly tasted like a pickle. The flavors of the vegetables were so rich that no extra condiments were needed. In the states, you often see people adding Mayo or mustard, but this sandwich had so much flavor that no condiments were needed. The lady who made our sandwich was nice and very hospitable. There are several tables available inside to sit at while you eat. I enjoyed sitting inside and looking around at the old pictures on the walls. I cannot recommend this place enough!! Truly the best sandwich I've ever had!More
