While the food was good, it was quite expensive - €75 for two plates of pasta and a plate of veal. Charges go up since you are charged for everything including bread and the accompanying vegetables to the main course. Bill also includes a coperto,...More

I was with my friends in Rome staying close to Piazza di Spagna - we were recommended to visit Alla Rampa - went there for lunch - large variety of food and drinks - had a very pleasant lunch.

Quite possibly the best pasta we had while in Rome!! The atmosphere was authentic and comfortable. My only negative was the service, as our waiter was not friendly; however, the food was so good and fresh, I would deal with unfriendly waiters any day. *The...More

Couldn’t fault the meal from starter to dessert it was absolutely amazing! Would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is visiting Rome. The meal was also reasonably priced working out under 50 euro per person including three courses and wine.More

Nothing really to write home about. Cacio e Pepe ( a typical Roman recipe) very bland. No pepper! The pasta was soggy. Fried calamari appetizer. Meh... Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Prices are ok, not overpriced, but for the quality of food, a little on the...More

We had eaten here on our last visit to Rome four years ago and enjoyed it so much we had to go back. Excellent veal saltimbocco, ossobucco and a tasty variety of appetizers. So good we visited twice during our four days in Rome.More

From its original role as ancient army training fields
to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most

Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with
