Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great little bar, with lots of wine by the glass. Friendly helpful staff. We enjoyed a few drinks here with friends prior to supper. I would recommend, as although near the Spainish steps, it felt cost and less touristy.

We stumbled upon the restaurant after shopping in the evening. Fabricio and his staff were very attentive and the food was excellent! Can’t wait to come back the next time we are in Europe.

We ate Rosebeef, lasagna with porcini mushrooms and ceasar salad and also had white wine with fruit flavor. All were excellent and we paid 86 euros for four people. It certainly worths the price so I highly recommend the place.

This is a very nice and tiny restaurant on the very quiet Via Belsiana. Enjoyed our dinner quite a bit…the young lady who our server did a great job of recommending excellent wine choices to go with our food. The mortadella meatballs were pretty fantastic...as was the saltimboca. Dames for the sautéed Escarole with pinenuts and olives. Nice amaro selections at the end after the delectable cheesecake.More

Such good service. The waitress was so helpful. I eat gluten free and my mum cant wat hard stuff because of weak teeth. This was all no issue. Food was high level. In a week in Rome best food so far. Great vibe too. Highly...recommended.More

Early evening dinner with my wife. The lemon basil meatballs and the montepulciano was nearly a distraction as each bite made such an impression. Truly amazing. The service was excellent. Menu was fresh and homemade. Apart from the noisy and well lubricated gentleman at the...next table, the experience was very good.More

I have visited a couple of times and have found this place to be exceptionally welcoming with superb food and wine choices. It’s certainly a place where you can relax, grab a nice glass of wine, some food.. and then maybe some more wine, and...some more food… I sampled a great many items on the menu and on the specials menu - all of it was delicious and served with a smile. To your continued success as a business! Congratulations!More

Italy has stolen my heart when it comes to food. The service was laid back. Staff were so chill it was the tightest little bar seating maybe 8-10 people inside serving delicious, beautiful food made with love. It was unique, funky and the food made...us really happy. Locals were stopping in for snacks! Wine menu was also happiness! Cheers to you!More

Amazing food, friendly staff and great Aperol Spritz! Went here for dinner with another couple while visiting Rome and we were very happy with this restaurant. We rated the lasagna as “the best in Italy”. We would all highly recommend this restaurant.

Great place to stop for an afternoon snack. The staff were very friendly and accomodating and recommended that we sit inside as it was air conditioned. I’m glad we did as it is very beautiful and rustic. I tried the bruschetta lardo which is something...different and satiating. I would definitely return.More

This cantina was near our hotel, and the hotel staff recommended it highly. Glad we took their advice! Ate here twice with my daughter over the course of 4 days. Took the table near the door that had log stools, which was cozy and comfortable....This place specializes in simple food prepared well. We had the eggplant parmesean, lasagna bolognese, mixed brucetta, and mortadella, all of which were excellent. Their wines by the glass are vast and fairly priced: I opted for a chianti, primativo, and barolo. The owner was very gracious, and the waitstaff were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!More
