I entered this restaurant by luck and I was happy to find a quiet and typical place for diner despite of being in the very touristy area of Rome. Everything was fresh and the truffle pasta was a good surprise.

We had a tip from a former local resident to go to dinner here. It was delicious! Mama in the kitchen cooking, with the 90+ year old owner helping out. Fresh food (artichokes) pulled from the basket behind our table to make the appetizer...a pineapple...More

Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos,
goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross

the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle
Epoque shopping centre, and a magnificent Baroque
parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty
face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural
