Wonderful place. Treated like at home. Food is excellent and advice always spot on. The owner was like my grandfather, always asking is everything was fine and trying to find something special.

We've passed by on our way back from another place which didn't have a table for us, thought maybe we'll get lucky. We did, although the place was packed we got a table in about two minutes. Service is good (and very understanding for allergies and preferences), food is delicious and not expensive. Had bresaola and insalata verde (green salad)... More

Food was some of the best during my honeymoon in Italy, from the procuitto e melon to the rissotto and steak it was all very good. My wife and I have tried to replicate the rissotto with no luck. I guess I will have to go back and take my childeren.

This is a small little restaurant that has a wonderful selection of pastas and pizzas. Has the typical red and white checked oil cloth table covers and just a very relaxing atmosphere. Is it gourmet? No. Is it very good for a little bite when you don't feel like dressing up or after a nice walkabout? Absolutely. The service is... More

Came here on the recommendation of two different friends. Fabulous food, wine, and service!! Loved the antipasto, whatever pasta is in this picture, and the filet with red wine sauce!! Only regret is not eating there again on our trip. Will definitely come back!

Having friends who live in Rome you find the out of the tourist fine places to eat. This is one of them. We dined on several classic italian cuisine dishes complete with wines, aperitif, and deserts. When entering we were greeted like old friends and shown our tables. bread with cheese and meat brought over as we decided our plates... More

Went there two nights a row. First night; perfect. Excellent risotto, great wine, nice service. That's why I went back. Had a pizza about the same price as the risotto night before. Instead of half bottle of wine, had 2 glasses of house wine plus a salad. First night I payed 15 euros all together. Today bill should've been about... More

The pappardelle was to die for 2 nights in a row now who eats the same dish 2 nights in a row. As all Rome restaurants you have to know what to order do not let them dictate you order or you will have a bill blow out not the plate of vegetables 20euros or 30 euros.

Staying in Trevi

Neighbourhood Profile
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
