Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This unpretentious family run restaurant serves good food, with excellent wine and it doesn’t cost a fortune. Relaxed ambience and unfussy but quick service. We could see the efficient, clean kitchen through an internal window, operating like clockwork. Would definitely come again.

Lovely little family restaurant. Tucked into a corner, near the railway station. Pretty fairy lights surround the entrance to this bright white restaurant. Staff were very welcoming. The restaurant is small, probably 12 ir so tables. I would recommend that you book. Great food. We...had the burrata with prawns and squid ink to share, which was lovely, followed by pasta. Finally a pistachio semi fredo. The starter and desert were perfect. The main pasta, the meat very chewy. I would nevertheless recommend this restaurant.More

A superb meal in this small but perfectly formed restaurant. 4 of us had one of the best Italian meals we have ever had. Thankfully we had booked as it was packed. There was a relaxed informal atmosphere and great service. The food was brilliant....We shared anchovies in a breadcrumb and nut coating and fish croquettes to start. Both were delicious. Subtle and sophisticated. For mains we had the lamb and 2 different kinds of risotto. My risotto was perfectly cooked with flakes of cod and grated chorizo. Also delicious. And the bill was surprisingly reasonable especially compared to London prices. If you can get a table here I’d definitely recommend you give it a go.More

Hidden in an unassuming corner just a 5 minute walk from termini is Culinaria. A beautiful Italian restaurant with modern and classic dishes. I thoroughly enjoyed the black ink fettuccine which had a great depth of flavour and left me wanting more. I am confident...I could order the majority of the menu and enjoy every bite. Nice ambiance and very pleasant owners/staff who never left us waiting and the kitchen produced the food promptly with a glass display allowing customers to peer into the kitchen. I tried the mint and strawberry shout and the pistachio dessert both were enjoyable. The food was delightful, the staff attentive and to conclude a must visit if in the areaMore

Great food and nice service. We made a dinner reservation. We arrived. We were seated. The restaurant was quite busy. It took them quite a while before they realized they hadn’t even given us a menu or anything. Not until I saw them serving other...customers who came after us. I felt a bit disrespected, but the waitress came to apologize with a special little treat from the chef. She was nice and helpful afterwards. Totally made up for the experience. The food was delicious. I loved the shrimp carbonara as it wasn’t just carbonara with shrimp topping. The sauce was full of the flavor of shrimps. The low temperature lamb was exceptional too. A lovely place for a decent dinner in Rome!More

I had the duck mango salad for lunch and even though it was yummy, I thought I’d enjoy it more than I did! But as I booked it through Fork I got 30% so I’m glad I got that!

We discovered this restaurant close to our hotel in the Termini area of rome on our first night in the city (travelled from the UK). What a find! It was quite late in the evening, the owners were very friendly and welcoming and the food...was fantastic, would highly recommend.More

A gem! The restaurant caters to both the more adventurous in food tastes and to those that just want an amazing simple pasta dish. I had fettuccine with three tomatoes and what they call decomposed tiramisu. I wish I was staying longer and would have...come back for seconds. The sauce had deep flavor and the fettuccine was perfectly cooked. The tiramisu was broken down into separate parts and you combine them. Delicious and great fun. The presentation was perfect. The service was gracious and helpful. And I had a direct view of the chef behind a large glass wall where you can see the kitchen and the chef putting it all together. It is not in a high tourist area, but it is within 5-10 minutes from RomaTermini (rail). You will walk away with a smile on your face having eaten authentic Italian cuisine. The ambience is simple, but you are here for the food. (If only I could get the recipe for their three tomato sauce).More

We booked this place in advance, but we went to the restaurant it was quite empty. The place is small and cozy, staff is friendly. Water, bread and some other stuff are included into your order. It's not the top class restaurant, but if you...would like to get some tasty food and quite atmosphere, it is the place for it.More

I enjoyed the food and experience until I found a long piece of hair in my food. I did not find it until towards the end of the dish and I showed the wait staff and they were also disgusted and took the food away....I assumed they would take the food that had the hair off the check, but instead the manager came over and insisted we pay for the dish with the hair because we had eaten most of it. She was very rude about it and accusing me that it was my hair, yet my hair was back and the hair was at the bottom of the dish mixed within the food. I was extremely disappointed and spent far too much money for an experience where I felt disgusted after and disrespected.More

The sallad and poke bowl excellent, and the caccio y pepe (cheese and pepper) pasta also first rate. The deconstructed tiramisu was a pleasant surprise! Try it! Across from the Roma Termini station: practical if you want to take the train afterwards.

My husband and I went here based on other good reviews and we were not disappointed. We had the cod croquettes with lime to start, which we loved, then we shared the carbonara (a little salty but delicious) followed by the lamb and artichoke three...ways (interesting and delicious). We should have cod croquettes each, they were so good, otherwise the sharing worked!!More

Felt really mislead by the rave reviews on Google and TripAdvisor. They fill still water bottles with tap water, and charge you two euro for it. And the tap water tasted bad, so it would be noticeable even if it wasn’t especially obvious by the...water spots inside the bottle. Beyond that, the food is fine. The presentation is excellent but far exceeds the actual taste of the food. Service was excellent. Fun to be able to see into the kitchen. Probably wouldn’t go back again, if for no other reason that I can’t be sure what other corners they cut if they’re trying to make 2 euro on tap water.More
