After a long day at Vatican museum, I decided to go this restaurant for a meal. I had to walk the whole way back from Vatican museum. And after i reached the place, the folks said they are completely booked. Not even a place for single person. So I would advise to do a prior booking and then only go.

Reasonably good Indian food when you are tired of pizzas and pasta. A strange practice: they offer papadams and then you find a charge of €1/ papadam on your bill. Other than that, it is a pleasant place for a quiet dinner.

After spending a long day at the Vatican, having dinner at Kohinoor was the best thing to happen. Food was just great. I had tandoori rotis and shahi paneer. It was awesome!! The service was a little slow but very tasty food.

Had an early dinner over this place. Very average.... only if you are interested in taking Indian food.... that too if you are too hungry... go for it.... otherwise enjoy local food.

Food was excellent, ambience is very good and staff is very courteous. This is one of the best Indian restaurant in Rome to find good indian mughlai and north indian dishes.

We were bored of eating Pizzas and Pasta during our recent Italy trip (we are vegetarians) and hence decided to go for Indian food. Kohinoor was close to our hotel and hence ate there 2 consecutive nights. Even though we ate basic food, we found the food good value for money we paid and of good taste. The service was... More

We had take-out from Kohinoor one night. Preparation time was short, and the palek paneer, butter chicken, and nan were very tasty, reasonably priced.

During our recent visit to Rome we went to this restaurant with great expectations to have a nice Indian meal in the evening but it was a disappointing experience altogether. We are no strangers to authentic Indian food that is available in India and also to the Indian food served in various restaurants in the UK. Kohinoor fell too short.... More
