Food is great, Typical Italian dishes. Had awesome oxtail entree. Pasta in a clam sauce was perfect. However, a 15% service fee was added to the hand written bill. Never had this happen before in Rome.

We were staying at an hotel around the corner and the concierge recommend this as a good, local restaurant frequented by Romans themselves. Had a very good meal, with attentive but not overbearing service. Try the cacio e pepe, it's delicious. Great people watching fun...More

Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and
Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a
posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and
models while bored housewives hung out in streetside
cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the
cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to
five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law

Yes it is! Just go down one block on Ludovisi and turn right onto Via Emilia. It is about halfway down that block on your right.
