Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My wife and I wanted to visit the famous pizzerias in Rome and this was one of them. Don't expect a classic sit-down pizzeria. Here you take an order number and wait to be called. Then the adventure begins. You stand in the crowd and...stare at the many variations of pizza and suddenly you know you have a problem. The wait staff are used to this by now, so they help you choose tasty bites that are as big as you ask for. Because here you buy pizza by weight. Be sure to try the fried balls too, which you can have with surprising fillings. Served by the smiling lady behind the counter, we took over the hot box and went to gorge ourselves on this amazing goodness.More

Very overpriced!!! We (2 persons) are 4 little pieces and one meatball for 50€ in total & we’re still hungry afterwards. Tasty but so so so overpriced and not with the hype !!!! To sum it up, we paid 45€ (only the pizza without the...ball) for pizza pieces which were as huge as one little pizza box.More

Stopped by here after vising the Vatican Museums and I gotta say it took us by surprise. It’s like Italian pizza and fast-food had a child that’s not American pizza but actually something good. The square-shaped pizza slices are crunchy, savory and the ingredient combinations...are one-of-a-kind. We will be back!More

We visited Bonci during a Roman food tour and the pizza was so delicious. Known for being more expensive pizza in Rome but the flavours of the pizza were very different to others we tried, it was light and delicious. Definitely worth a try.

Absurdly overhyped. A standard pizza like you can find in hundreds of other places in Rome at jewelry prices and from disgruntled staff. No reason at all to go here.

Service without a smile! Surly cashier. Pizza toppings were cold only the bread was warmed. Flavour was poor and we didn't finish our food. It's very overpriced for what is basically just takeaway fast food. Would have been better off going to a McDonald's.

We were sucked in by all the hype on social media to try here . It’s nice pizza a bit different than what you would get elsewhere but that’s about it. We enjoyed all that we had but I certainly wouldn’t queue for hours to...try it. It’s crazy prices for a few slices of pizza but I suppose when they are that busy they can charge what they like . If you are in the area and the queue is not huge give it a try but I wouldn’t trek to get thereMore

Chaotic, busy, slightly confusing, and in a less that salubrious neighbourhood. but a real experience. The pizza is everything that you may have heard about. Flavoursome, with interesting toppings that steer far away from the 'usual'. Go. Stand in line. Choose too much and eat...it all.More

What a cool spot this is! When you arrive - grab a paper ticket from the dispenser - this gets you in the queue to order. The wait is long, but the food is amazing. It has a vibrant atmosphere and the staff work really...efficiently to keep things moving - it's amazing watching them. Would highly recommend for some truly mouthwatering pizza.More

Si, è aperto il sabato con orario continuato dalle 11 alle 22 e la domenica dalle 11 alle 15 e dalle 17 alle 22 ma nel weekend c'è parecchia fila da fare, quindi bisogna essere pazienti.
