Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

In an otherwise sleepy City (@3pm) this was the only place it seemed was open, gratefully so, we might have found one of the best panini shops around! The single employee there was so gracious and helpful plus each of the five sandwiches we tried...were delicious. The favorite from the group however was the Cesaretto & the prices are great too! https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g187792-d8633848-r720782641-Parenti_La_Vacca-Tivoli_Province_of_Rome_Lazio.html#More

We arrived to Tivoli when everything else was closed for lunch. The straff are genuine and the portions where large. A good sub for a fair price.

I was out of the country and my gal had lunch at this place while I was gone. She enjoyed a sausage and mozzarella panini which she said was to die for. On this, our last night in Tivoli, we had dinner there and she...was right. She had the sausage and cheese, I had hamburger and cheese and we shared one half each. Still had enough for the next day's train trip.Add in a beer and a glass of wine for less than 20 euro. How can you complain about that! Add to that, Paula, the owner, was oh so pleasant and spoke enough English to make the process more comfortable than most Italian restaurants. BTW, the menu is also in English, so, good job, Paula!More

I very like this place for lunch. It was a good break for us, no pizza or pasta, a simple meat sandwich. The meat was tasty, the bread was very good and for me, half of it was also my dinner. Price was reasonable too.

A small panineria with very friendly stuff which offers really delicious panini. We ordered panini with porchetta, we didn't find in two weeks in Rome such good panini. Excellent!

This little shop served sandwiches made from high quality ingredients. The price was very affordable and the service was outstanding. The local meats and cheeses were great! The portion sizes were huge so you might want to share a panini with someone (OR NOT)!

We stopped to have a bite to eat and were super impressed with the quality of the food and great assortment of beers and wines. We sat outside and enjoyed our food while watching our daughter play on the pedestrian street. Service was friendly and...good and they spoke English which is a plus for us as we barely manage in Italian. Thank you!More
