During the week the menu is limited. The special pizza was ok. We were not in the weekend to judge the larger menu.

Situated on the Via Venezia, the 183 is designed as a meeting place for those who love a warm, comfortable place where you can taste a kitchen with dishes are totally prepared by our staff. For customers a free wifi connection available. Every evening from Tuesday to Sunday you can eat the famous thick pizza with tasting a glass of wines and craft beers. Our pizza is a long pizza-rising (20 hours), cooked in the pan. The continuous search for the best flours and refinement of the technique have led to this soft and digestible mixture, which combined with high quality ingredients (from boiled ham to Parma ham, from mushrooms to anchovies) brings a refined product to the table. Our focaccia lends itself well to pairing with cold cuts but especially with the sweetness of Parma ham. Our courses are made entirely by our staff, from pasta to anolini (or Cappelleti), from sauces to main courses. The whole as did by tradition. The continuous selection of suppliers and raw materials allows us to maintain a high standard for our preparations. The passion for sweets and dessert has allowed us to have a small but well-curated selection. The desire to experiment allows us to always have news in the menu.
