We spent I ur first evening back in Parma at Degusteria and, even though the place was really busy, the staff were kind enough to find us a spot where we could perch and enjoy some delicious pasta and beer. We’d definitely go again but...More

We found the traditional anolini in brodo, a delicious comforting food in a rainy summer day. Along with the local Via Emilia beer, we had a nice dinner in the cosy small restaurant. The staff is also very friendly.

We got the desgusteria magnum which is supposed to be for two. First there was barely any bread to eat the ham with, and no grissini to be had, which for a place that boasts itself for its parma ham is a joke. Second the...More

We were so pleased to find this amazing restaurant for a simple but delicious lunch using locally sourced products. We were disappointed the Deli was closed at the time we visited!

Went @ 310 for lunch. Sign states 330 but employees were out smoking and stated they were closed. Don't count on restaurant unless you have a reservation. Probably won't try to go back.

We weren't starving in Parma... but we HAD to have a taste of the ham and cheese. Degusteria - the Prosciutteria's restaurant- is perfect for a small bite (okay, not so small by the time you order the vertical cheese tasting, prosciutto platter and vegetable...More
