On the advice of the dear owner of the hotel where we stayed overnight, we went to this restaurant to eat some good fish.
Refined and carefully furnished place, different from the usual fast food style tourist places found especially in seaside resorts.
The staff are all kind and friendly and don't mind giving excellent advice on what to eat.
We ate a mixed "moccolo" appetizer, hot and cold, divided in two as it was plentiful. Then a mixed grill of abundant fish and an impeccably cooked mixed fry, with a portion of french fries on the side.
Everything was really good and everything was really fresh. The choice of raw materials, preparation and composition of the dishes are excellent.
We also tried their "fornarina" (pizza dough) which was really very soft, light and tasty.
Two glasses of white wine, water and lemon sorbet to conclude the dinner in the best possible way.
For the bill we benefited from a 10% discount thanks to an agreement with the structure where we stayed, the Hotel Casablanca, and the price paid in any case appears to be in relation to the quality of the food and the service offered, €94.

We were at dinner eager to eat excellent fish, especially less "touristy" than many locations that can be found in holiday resorts, and we were paid off big time. Absolutely recommended to those who want to be pampered and eat decisimemte well. Great service and great local with wide choice

It was a last minute reservation after first choice was busy. Greeted and seated well upon arrival. However the bad experience started after we had to wait almost 25 min to get someone to come and take our order. Even when the waiter came he tried to rush us and said he’ll be back but told him we had already chosen our meal but we had to flip the menu again. While waiting for food we orders some drinks. My wife’s drink came but my drink was forgotten. The food then took even longer to come and with kids hungry late at night it’s annoying. He then brings one meal for one child and the other child had to wait another 20 min. When we called to ask how long the food will be he said we’re busy tonight. But on our observation it just appeared that there was one waiter assigned to what seemed to be 6-8 tables of an average of 5 people. It’s more an issue of restaurant trying to perhaps reduce cost by having less waiters at the expense of the guests. If you’re busy, get more staff, simple! You would think after the pandemic restaurants would be eager to get people in. The restaurant was also very hot even though they said it was climate controlled. People ended up asking to open the sliding doors which I don’t know why they weren’t open in first place. We were eager to just pay and leave. We asked for bill while eating as we didn’t want to have to wait another hot 20 min just to pay.

Very nice place in appearance. Friendly staff. Unfortunately very long waiting times over 1h for 2 spaghetti with clams and a scampi ravioli.
Both courses were without infamy and without praise. As a second course a fish fry not particularly tasty but fresh fish.

We also had this experience and we can say that the food is really very good. However, we had a little disappointment at the end. We were a group of four families and split the payment per person. Although we didn't want to complain, we had the unpleasant surprise of finding €20 more on the bill for a dish that had been talked about, but which never arrived.

A satisfying experience that we will certainly repeat more calmly.
Lunch born by chance, to surprise my mother for her birthday. Despite the reservation for 2pm (due to personal commitments), lunch took place with great tranquility and thanks to the expert advice of Giorgio, the waiter who followed us, we managed to taste all the dishes that intrigued us.

Very good restaurant! My boyfriend took me after reading excellent reviews, one of the best dinners of this holiday! If I had to find some points for improvement, the pasta with clams was not very creamy, it arrived at the table a little sticky and with little flavour, for the rest, good service, formal waiters who were friendly when necessary and very available to requests of customers. Well furnished room. When we arrived it was almost full, but the service times were normal. Bitters included in the cover charge!! The booking system via the website is excellent and functional. Well done!

We choose to go to this restaurant driven by the reviews in which we had read that they made mixed gluten-free fried. For safety as soon as we enter the restaurant we ask if they did the fried, the waiter replied "of course, we have the possibility to do EVERYTHING gluten-free apart from pizza". Then they let us sit down and reading the menu we see that there is fish au gratin, so we would have liked to have that and fried (since we had been told EVERYTHING except pizza). When ordering then I ask for the gluten-free gratin, alche the waiter tells me that the gratin is practically bread and therefore contains gluten. Excellent restaurant specializing in fish, not the usual tourist restaurant in Riva Azzurra. Dedicated parking and a large room allow you to sit down almost immediately. Local at first sight strikes the eye but essentially nothing significant.
Very slow service to order we waited over 30 minutes luckily we arrived at 8pm and the place was not very full. We took a chopping board and the fornarina arrived after 10 minutes. The frying oil is unique for both fish, chips and cutlet as we found shrimp whiskers in both the chips and the cutlet.

We have been, as in recent years, guests of this restaurant many times during our holidays, but I just want to review the mid-August lunch. Table of 11, 6 adults, 5 children. There were a lot of people, so we had to wait a while before the dishes arrived, but our unsurpassed waiter Giorgio (who has the patience to put up with us for some years and that we expressly request) was ready to supply us with furnace and make us smile with some witty jokes. All dishes then arrived together and let's say that we did not "help" the kitchen since we took cuts of meat, first courses, main courses of fish and crudité....
