Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It’s on the waterfront. Nice staff & very nice pasta dishes. Not over priced and with a lovely outlook.

Avoid this restaurant. The waiters were unpleasant and the food was low quality tourist rubbish. Pizza and gnocchi. Did not accept credit card. Rushed us to leave.

I had the octopus and it was outstanding. Fresh, cooked to perfection and crazy tasty. Not many wines by the glass but did have plenty of bottles - just not handy as a solo traveller. Great sunset view. Staff friendly. Lovely casual spot with reasonable...More

Apparently, we had to visit the much-vaunted Cinque Terre if we were spending any time in Genoa. Two trains and nearly 70 euro later we arrived, and soon wished we hadn't. We explored, we tramped up and down stairways behind and in front of streams...More

We went to this place after a long hike and desperate for some good pizza and a relaxed place to sit. The setting is beautiful, right by the little harbour. The first waiter who showed us to our table was friendly but the person who...More

We got lucky and got a last empty table for a lunch. Place was packed, yet service was friendly and nice. Food came out quite fast and prices were reasonable. Also the view to the city is very nice from the terrace. Big recommendation!

We sat outside overlooking the small harbour. Service was quite good - just two of them and run ragged! They managed very well. Sea food salad was very good - good varied content. Even at height of the season, the setting was peaceful and relaxing.

I had Pizza Pesto. It was the smallest Pizza I've seen in a while... Also very oily. All in all a bad experience.
