I am getting difficult to please in my dotage. This restaurant has everything that I like: an interesting menu, well chosen wines, great service and a warm welcome. And yet I cannot bring myself to give it 5*, why? Well all the above makes for...More

This is a very nice restaurant and was recommended by the owner of the apartment we have rented in Mantua. It has a very interesting mix of traditional food with some fresh twists in a pleasant, modern space a short walk from the centre of...More

We had a lovely dinner, the food was amazing and the chef was very kind and helpful. The price was ridiculous for that quality! I'll see you next year!

Recommended by our hotel, Casa Poli, a short walk. A very small place. Be sure to make reservations. Our wine was just perfect. I opted for scallops and black pasta. My sister had the rabbit. It was a love fest!

We had two pastas: Roquefort and shrimp and the octopus ink and they were both spectacular. The local white wine was also affordable and excellent.

Very reasonably priced restaurant in Manua with good service. However, I did not really like the two dishes I tried. The beef cheeks were terribly fatty, and the pike was fulk of tiny bones. The crunchy tirimisu was excellent. There were two donkey meat dishes...More
