I have been there with some friends for new years eve. Plenty of food and wine, very nice staff. Loved the ham and the pannetone with whipped cream. Would visit again. PS: Best wishes for the maestro ;)

What are the best things in life? Simplicity , food and wine. Boccondivino has it all. Visited for dinner, we couldn't have a better place to choose. Great selection of cold cuts , few crudités, traditional pasta and risotto and great wines... cherry on the cake was the cheese trolley... Best value for money place in Milan. Hopefully one day... Recommended to us by a friend who visited last year. Visited today for lunch, was quiet but the other people in there were locals, always a good sign. When we sat down we were bought a basket of delicious warm breads and a mini bruscetta. My boyfriend and I ordered the lunch time taster menu, that got us two rounds... More

An unpretentious place with friendly service. We had 2 plates of cheese and taste 15 different among the best Italian cheese (many organic). Same for the charcuterie best ham, bacon, smoked ham,... the wine was selected by the owner …simply great. If you add reasonable price.... don’t miss it iis a paradise for Italian food lover.

So happy we found this place. Absolutely amazing. Everything was just best of the best. The wines, food and oh my god the service! You feel at home with an italian family. Really good price aswell. We had a 5 course dinner and payed about 60 euros each, fantastic and so worth every penny.

This was a surprise visit for me. And..I loved it. The staff, food and above all wine was super. Its a real treat, you must like cheese and meats. The wines are excellent and free flowing. Pre book essential, I went on a Friday and it was full. Just a great experience. Cant remember the walk home though :)

Thank Andy C

Staying in Navigli

Neighbourhood Profile
The Navigli is part of historic Milan. In the ancient days, the entire city was linked with canals, similar to Venice. Today, most of the canals are gone, but the Navigli remains a canal-based neighborhood. There are two major canals: Naviglio Pavese and Naviglio Grande. The Naviglio Grande's bridges greet visitors at dusk with an amazing view. The Navigli district specializes in clubs, cafes, and vintage shops. Lifestyle reigns supreme here. You can start the walk from the Colonne di San Lorenzo, an antique colonnade in front of the Basilica di San Lorenzo. During the daytime, this place acts as a meeting point for artists and students reading books or chatting with friends; the nights turn it into a stepping-stone for club hoppers. Science lovers will also relish the opportunity to visit the Science and Technology National Museum Leonardo Da Vinci, showcasing inventions of the Italian genius.
