The first time I had GROM ice-cream was 2008 in Florence, and yes, it was AMAZING. In 2011 I had Grom ice-cream in Milan and enjoyed it, but wasn't quite as blown away. On this visit to Milano I urged my friend to have some...More

We'd heard a lot about Grom and had compared the reviews of various ice cream parlours on Trip Advisor before making our choice ce. It was a good decision - it's excellent!

There are obviously average flavours, but I still think Grom is the best ice cream in Milan. They use Italian products only and the long queue is there for a reason.

I don't know why people rate Grom's ice cream so hight. We took the raspberry ice-cream and were disappointed. It was just sweet and full of sugar. Nothing fresh and fruity. Never ever again!

I find the ice-cream okay. Nothing to die for but quite surprised on how long the queue was. Good choices in flavors though. I had a quick taste on my friends fruity choices. Fruity ice cream tasted better than mine. My picks were mostly creamy,...More

Perfect ice creams, amazing tastes. Enjoy and try (not simultaneously) extra-chocolate and myrtilles...

Best place in town for pure flavours! Beats Amorino ice cream and some other places we tried in Milan

So, according to Grom, ice cream "come una volta" (as in the past) used to contain dextrose and carob bean gum? What is carob bean gum if not an additive? What is dextrose, if not one of the least healthy sweeteners available? Natural? The ice...More

The idea is to apply the common principle of the world’s best restaurants to the production of gelato: the buying of the absolute highest-quality raw materials. We have pursued this goal since 2002 by rigorously researching the best products the agricultural world has to offer: only fresh fruit from the best consortium in Italy and from our own organic farm Mura Mura®; no addition of artificial colorings, aromas, preservatives or emulsifiers. This is how gelato “like it use to be made” was born: gelato with high-quality fresh milk and cage-free eggs; sorbets with 50% fruit, water from Sparea® Springs and white cane sugar.
