Apart from the delicious cakes, you can get a really nice lunch here - Sissi is an adventurous cook and makes fascinating food for either a meal or a snack. Add on the quiet garden/courtyard well away from the noise of traffic, covered in wisteria, you have my favourite place in Milan, whether alone or meeting friends. Warning - it's... More

Loved Sissi's. The array of beautiful pastries made it very hard to choose. It was such a busy and lively place with lovely friendly staff. The coffee was amazing too. Will definitely return when next in Milan.

Sissi is a very clever person whose curiosity in exploring cakes from all over the world made her brand a must visiting Milan. BREAKFAST on SUNDAY MORNING is very cool, and the shop results always too small!

The place is very small and difficult to get a table. But the croissants are unbelievable and cheap 1'40 plain one. You can ask them to fill them with either chocolate or cream but certainly the plain one is the best.

Be prepared, Sissi is victim of its success, at any time of the day it is crowded as locals and tourists try to win their way to the counter and the few tables inside are taken... but it is well worth fighting for arguably the best pastries in town. Grab your cornetto and have it stuffed with chocolate or cream,... More

Excellent, if overpriced pastries. Definitely not worth sitting inside as the prices rocket. Take a few pastries to the closest bench and enjoy.

Small and pretty PASTICCERIA where you can simply drink a coffè or be captured by treats. Few tables to sit in winter, from srping to autumn a nice larger and quite deor. Spectacular and fantastic cakes, cream puffs, Pralines, sweet and salted brioches, all fresh made in the background of the coffeshop . THIS PLACE CREATES ADDICTION :)

Chocolate cake was delicious, but watch out with the fresh orange juice, it's expensive. That bartender girl from Romania was helpful, really kind and friendly. Thank you!
