This place is perfect if you want to taste good Mexican food and drinks. It's not too expensive and the service is really nice. Well done!

The worst in every aspect Food was terrible, I ordered ceviche first and the taste was awful, fish was not fresh and lack of lime the I ordered carnitas and they gave me BBQ beef cubes with a terrible dressing of ketchup and mayonnaise. My friend's ordered Chimichangas and Chicken tacos . The chicken was from the can, the chimichangas... More

Right opposite to university and great food. Not too expensive compared to other places on the same street. I have been to this place several times, at least thrice a month and was never disappointed with their food. They serve large portions. My personal favorite are the burgers here.

I'm from Mexico and I was excited to eat Mexican food in Milan. My daughter goes to school in Milan and she said a lot of kids from the university like to go there, it was more texmex food, not Mexican at all, and I thought the prices were high for what it was. The waitress was very nice though.

Nice place but service disappointing; I thought to go in a Mexican Restaurant but the service was like a fast food, and food too was not so good.

... There is nothing mexican about this place quite frankly. The food is standard, the location is bad unless you are in Bocconi university, the prices are mid-high, and the place is boring. Don't bother trying it; there's better places in the area - for example Venti136.

I sometimes go there for their hamburger. It is always good and as cheap as 6 euros. They also offer some Mexican and Italian food as well, all good and tasty!!

I have been twice at the Mexicali's , and both times I have found a nice place to stay and have a mexican meal. The staff is really very kind and attentive , the restaurant is clean ( as well as the toilet ) . Food is good though not excellent . May be slightly too expensive , but still... More

Staying in Navigli

Neighbourhood Profile
The Navigli is part of historic Milan. In the ancient days, the entire city was linked with canals, similar to Venice. Today, most of the canals are gone, but the Navigli remains a canal-based neighborhood. There are two major canals: Naviglio Pavese and Naviglio Grande. The Naviglio Grande's bridges greet visitors at dusk with an amazing view. The Navigli district specializes in clubs, cafes, and vintage shops. Lifestyle reigns supreme here. You can start the walk from the Colonne di San Lorenzo, an antique colonnade in front of the Basilica di San Lorenzo. During the daytime, this place acts as a meeting point for artists and students reading books or chatting with friends; the nights turn it into a stepping-stone for club hoppers. Science lovers will also relish the opportunity to visit the Science and Technology National Museum Leonardo Da Vinci, showcasing inventions of the Italian genius.
