Via Piero della Francesca has lots of good dining options these days. This trattoria is one of them. Service was attentive and efficient, ambience was very pleasant and the food--mostly traditional, classic dishes--also very good. The cotoletta alla milanese in particular was fabulous, one of the best we've ever eaten.

I had the chance to visit this place two or three times. Made friends with the owners and made me feel like family. The food was good, the service awesome. The price was good for the quality of food.

Spoiled with amuse bouche and prosecco, the waiter was helpful with the order (we wanted to order two appetiser paltter for 3 people and he recommended that one would be enough which was true!) and we had a great dinner and great wine.

Our hotel recommended this restaurant. It is not in the city center so we had to take a taxi, but it was worth it! Both of our meals were fantastic. We had the spaghetti with seafood and pappardelle with mushrooms as first courses and bacon wrapped steak and sea bass with mushrooms as seconds. All tasted amazing. The portions were... More

We travelled throughout Italy for 18 days. We had a night stop in Madrid and chanced upon this establishment. It turned out to be the best dinner of the trip. Located in a quite area it was unpretentious and the staff were excellent. The food was excellent and the food and wine were reasonably priced. We had a delightful evening.

Came to this restaurant with business associates. I didn't order as it was ordered by our Italian business associate and my party was a little late to arrive. Sat down to a glass of prosecco and one of the best meals I've ever had in Italy. The starter of prosciutto and cured meats was delicious along with mozzarella, rocket, tomato... More

We had dinner here on Friday night. The restaurant opens at 7pm , we were walking pass and decided to look in at 6.45pm. The owner invited us to come in even though it was early and the staff were all having their dinner before starting work. We stayed and didn't regret it. Had tagliolini with mushroom and their Milanese... More

After wandering around the neighbourhood for a while, looking for a place open on a Sunday, stumbled into this traditional Tuscan restaurant. Excellent welcome, fast and attentive service and a few good recommendations made this solo diner very happy. Good lighting for a change meant reading was easy. Wines by the glass were only average and not up to the... More

Nice welcome with a glass of prosecco and a little starter. Very good tagliolini with truffle and a fantastic fiorentina steak (not very big for four people). Price in line with level of restaurant. A place where you return knowing you are going to have a very good meal.

We were immediately greeted in a friendly manner. Also we appreciated it a lot the fact that the waiter who attended to us, suggested another wine (which was not on the list) of a better taste and still at the same price of the one we had chosen. Food and service was extremely good.
