Worst experience in Milano. Waiters are unmannered, & food is just average & very expensive. I am a Milanese now resident abroad, and i know my food. I will never be back again.

I will caveat this review by saying that the food was very good. The experience however was atrocious! We arrived around 9.50pm and was welcomed in by the duty Manager, ordered our food by 10.05pm all seemed to be good, however, over the next 45...minutes as other customers finished their meals and left, the staff began to clear all the tables around us, to the point where we were sat with tables and chairs piled either side of us and food debris from other customers left on the floor. We felt as though not only were we in the way of staff going home but that our presence in the restaurant was inconvenient for the staff cleaning up! We raised the issue immediately with the Duty Manager, only to be told that the staff had been on all day and were due to finish. For a restaurant with such a long established reputation, we were made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a matter of challenge, we asked for the sweet menu, to be told we were unable to have one as the kitchen was closed at 10pm. So in fact we were not even able to enjoy the meal we’d planned. Probably a very good restaurant to eat in during the day would definitely avoid eating late evening.More

Greater with a smile and we sat at a table looking into the Galleria. Servers came immediately to get our drink orders and gave us menus. We had an amazing lunch.

prices way too expensive for what u get. i ordered a ravioli and got 4 bits of ravioli. mr and my friend have basically spent over €100 for a snack. the service is terribly slow and feels like we are being looked at a lot.

Popped in for the refreshing gelato! Lovely favours. Especially I love the deep purple - grape 🍇 Unusual but delicious. Yummy!

This restaurant is in a fine location. I'm afraid that is the only good thing I can say. The food was mediocre and not worth the money. The prices are ridiculously expensive - 8 euros cover charge, tea 12 euros and most mains 35/45 Euros....There are much better restaurants in Milan.More

The food was horrible and over priced for the quality. It was far from authentic Italian as one would expect. It was shocking to see that the Ravioli and Caprese both carried store bought tomato ketchup. Yes, the flavours were completely off. It was sweetish...saucy taste of Heinze or American Garden, which was absolutely off the mark. Not required in a Ravioli or a Caprese. The waiter told us that it was not ketchup but tomato sauce. Like it was a very different thing. Disappointed. Would not recommend the place to anyone looking for Italian gourmet experience.More

Went here for lunch before going to the Duomo. Bad service, had us waiting to order and never came over to check on us when we had questions. We ordered a bottle of wine which was €40 but when we got the bill it was...€110. We told them we didn’t order that one but the €40 one and forced us to pay the €110. They refused to hear us out about the misunderstanding. It’s a tourist trap and scam, DO NOT GO. There’s so many better and cheaper restaurants close by that don’t rip you off.More
