Description
The cicchetto is originality, the furniture is based on the recovery of wood from the cellar, the staves of the barrels have replaced the normal timber joinery. The atmosphere is simple and understated, the true style of Piedmont. The cicchetto is the real alternative to the restaurant, an establishment that combines the pleasures of the bar to the richness of the enoteca, the search for taste in the selection of food, with dishes that are simple and the best combining local and national winemaking. The cicchetto is selection, wines, cured meats, cheeses, pasta, sauces, meats, jams, spices and salts present in wine are the result of direct experiences of the most important breeders of each sector.
