We stopped in Bar Ai Nomboli on the way to the Frari for coffee. Their cappuccino may have been the best we had in Venice. They add an extra touch of sprinkling powdered cocoa on top. Nice. Give them a try if you are in...More

Happened to sit down here for a latte and decided to get a panini as well and I was pleasantly surprised. Great food and even better latte. Quick service. Not overly friendly but I don't find anyone in Venice is that friendly. 10 euro for...More

We sought this place out after it being in the lonely planet guide. Was cheap and yummy. The service was a bit abrupt but the panini was very nice. Also very good price and if you can get a table outside it’s a nice setting...More

Worst service I have ever experienced in Italy. I was told a drink was one price and when I left they raised the price. When I tried to explain that their previous barman had given me a different price the owner started screaming at me....More

In this unpretentious local family-run bar, they offer the most amazing choice of delicious freshly-made paninis and sandwiches. Or, you can mix and match the fillings to your taste. They are exceptional and perfect for lunch or a snack while strolling around the city. And...More

There's a huge selection to pick from and you can even make up your own fillings. Panini are lovely and fresh and all of the combinations work really well. Have been there twice in the last two days for lunch.

Before visiting the Frari in the San Polo area of Venice we needed lunch and saw the Bar Ai Nomboli. A quick look at Trip Advisor indicated we shouldn't be disappointed and this proved to be the case. Although it is unpretentious, the paninis we...More

The menue for the panini there is incredible. I guess you can chosse from more than 100 different kinds. Each panini is a composition of local incredients and the variety reaches from seafood to self made salami or just vegetables. We had a spicy mushroom/vegetable...More
