This restaurant has a relaxing vibe in the summer, while dining outside in the square, watching the world go by.

Dear Jenny, I'm glad about her positive experience at our restaurant. This summer we will renovate the terrace of the famous "campiello degli squellini". We look forward to welcoming you when you'll come back to Venice. Regards, Nicolò Salzer

This was a genuinely happy find on a Monday night, going back to our game plan of walk past anything with an English menu or pictures of dishes on the outside wall. Using our best Hispalian we asked for a table 'por quatro' , in...More

Amazing chocolate cake. Did I say chocolate? Oh my. The thinnest slice of chocolate goodness that you've ever had. A drizzle of amaretto on top. The pasta was fabulous as well as the wait staff but the chocolate cake the best.

On the way back to our hotel and ready for lunch we came upon this place. It looks like a small bar from outside but lots of tables and really quite large. Not very busy so quickly seated. We just wanted a bowl of pasta,...More

Great restaurant, visited many times now, but if you want the full attention of the proprietor go for the fish (not the shellfish or anything else). This brings him to the table with before and after its cooked and ensures the full service. Good food,...More

Secret tiny restaurant in a tiny alley. Not much English spoken. Lots of seafood dishes. Bring empty stomach and a dictionary.

Artsy is the defining mood of this neighbourhood with
street artists, students, painters, sculptors,
restorers, curators, historians, collectors, heirs and
heiresses rubbing elbows. Peggy Guggenheim's
collection, now a museum, lures chic locals for
evening art aperitifs. Traditionalists and visionaries
cocoon in bohemian luxury. La Salute basilica
buttresses the neighbourhood to the east. Gondolas bob
