This Osteria in the Dorsoduro is fantastic in all aspects. Exceptional food, fantastic range of drinks, exceptional attentive staff and great decor.

Mostly cold plates but very good. Good place to meet new persons than to the big tables. Service is friendly . In the warm period a nice place to sit outside watching the Campo S.Margherita life.

the menu selection is small, but that they serce is very tasty. Service is super fast and you get some quite minutes at this place, as it is a Little bit appart from the main Tourist attractions.

We came with a large group, and the service was fast and friendly. It’s not a chic restaurant but an authentic place with great food and great wine for a totally affordable price.

At the lovely Sta Margherita square we ran into this cosy place. They serve fresh-cut local meats, delicious fish snacks, and have a great appetizer menu. Food was great, as was the wine. There was a vibrant atmosphere with a continuous flow of people coming...More

There are a shortage of good restaurants in Dorsoduro, and this was recommended by the staff at our hotel. So we trudged halfway across the Sestieri. The menu is TINY, and half of it is cured meat or some kind of salad. The meat platters...More

If you are in searching for typical italian experience you can find it here in a sense of wooden tables, rude waitress and mediocre food. I can not understand how italian person could enjoy cold cut meat from supermarket presented as mixed italian salami plate...More

Got the lasagne. Really nice staff. However they only accept cash, but there is an atm around the corner.

If the weather allows it, grab a seat outside so you get the Venetian feel. The Oserai is situated on the Campo Santa Margherita, quite lively, but no too many tourists. Simply charming. The platters of assorted sausages, seafood or cheese are excellent, rather cheap,...More

Relatively few choices, some rather special. Atmosphere is nice if you don't have drunk birthday party next to you (as we unfortunately had) - then there is no escape as tables are next to next. Definitely not as outstanding as marked in the reviews

Artsy is the defining mood of this neighbourhood with
street artists, students, painters, sculptors,
restorers, curators, historians, collectors, heirs and
heiresses rubbing elbows. Peggy Guggenheim's
collection, now a museum, lures chic locals for
evening art aperitifs. Traditionalists and visionaries
cocoon in bohemian luxury. La Salute basilica
buttresses the neighbourhood to the east. Gondolas bob
