We were drawn in by the live music and great atmosphere! Found this place on it last day but wished we'd found it earlier. Great little friendly place with a great band!

My boyfriend and I decided to visit this place last night as we've walked past several times and it's always so busy! We are so glad we did as the cocktails are amazing and the DJ was fabulous! Great vibe and clearly a hit with the locals. We ended up staying all night and will be returning!!

Beautiful cocktails and ciccheti with a good value for money, wonderfully friendly staff, a great atmosphere and brilliant playlists.. This bar truly is a gem! I've visited twice already during my stay and intend on returning tonight. Definitely one to stop off at if you're in the San Marco area.

Absolutely loved this place. I always try different places each day on holiday but me and my husband must have returned here at least 4 times in our 6 day stay. Small and laid back bar with writing and graffiti on the walls,t.v playing music videos and great beer. An extra 5 stars to the barmaid who played Pearl Jam... More

A really cool neighbourhood bar, hidden down a back alley just off Rialto bridge. Serving amazing wines and small traditional Italian bites. Very reasonable and excellent quality! Really lovely atmosphere! Where locals and visitors mix and enjoy a real taste of Venice!

Must visit place in Venice. Tucked away is a small street, all'Alba serves fantastic Negronis and of course other cocktails. The bartender is truly passionate about his work!

Staying in San Marco

Neighbourhood Profile
San Marco
The most famous sestiere (district) in Venice has one of the world's most famous squares, St. Mark's (Piazza San Marco). Anchored on one end by the basilica, clustered around it are restaurants, museums, shops, orchestras playing in the square, pigeons, the grand pink Doge’s Palace (Palazzo Ducale), the soaring campanile bell tower, an astrological clock tower, plus gorgeous cafes and restaurants like Florian and Quadri. Piazza San Marco is beloved by Venetians themselves. They book a table anytime, which offers a buffer from the fray. This grand outdoor drawing room attracts Venetians for a stroll too, especially late in the afternoon when the hoards of daytrippers thin out. It's simply a grand place to meet.
