The Jewish & Israelis dishes are done well and the servings are good enough for an average eater. The grilled chicken with mushroom & rice is very good. The pasta with salmon is a little bit salty though. Overall it is a good restaurant to...More

Then we had chicken schnitzel with French...More

Truly don’t understand the negative reviews. I found the service to be friendly, attentive, and faster than any other I experienced in Italy! The food was excellent as well. Really loved the hummus with meat (why didn’t I think of that) and my husband ate...More

The food was fresh and delicious. My husband and one of my daughters had schnitzel and my other daughter had hummus and felafel. I had the fried artichokes (I didn't like them) but then ordered artichoke bottoms with some kind of sauce, and that was...More

Cannaregio is the second largest sestiere (district)
with its busy Santa Lucia train station. Many
transplanted Venetians commute from the outlying
areas, “terra firma” to the locals, which is shorthand
for any place that is not Venice. Two Grand Canal
bridges serve Cannaregio, the newest (Constitution,
2008) still a local hotbed of controversy. Ponte degli
Scalzi is a busy link to the train station. Nearby

They are very strict about holding reservations which is great so i wouldnt take a chance and just show up. I booked for shabbat with Chabbad - google Jewish Venice and you'll find all the info you need.
