I'm afraid to say too much as this place might not be so easy to get in when we come back to Verona! Yes, we're already talking about that. There are so many restaurants in Verona to choose from and you have to be very picky about where you eat as time is so limited! We ate here 3 times!... More

This restaurant appealed as the menu had more variety than many others in the neighbourhood. All our choices were delicious from the Aubergine Ravioli to the Seafood Spagetti. The desserts were sensational and the wine - we had asked for a recommendation - was smooth and a perfect compliment to the seafood. We did have the zucchini flower appetizer which... More

Been there last month. Boy, it was one of the best lunches I've ever had in my life. The staff was very polite, the venue is very cozy and nice and the food was absolutely incredible! It was impeccable from the starter to the dessert. I recommend it to everybody!

I visited this restaurant several years ago, and loved it then--it has gotten better. The interior has been updated on one side, and the quality of the food is as good as ever. Zucchini flowers as an antipasti were a real treat--very light. Branzino was delicious, and there was still room left for a dessert, which was nicely complimented by... More

We first went to this restaurant on the recommendation of our hotel and were very impressed with the food, wine and service, so much so we decided to return. The second time was a busy evening and we hadn't reserved, so we were put in a side room, which was narrow and not atmospheric. We had to wait for long... More

Located just off the Via Roma , a few meters from the Piazza Bra this is a typical Veronese restaurant serving good, but not outstanding local fare. Seating is either inside or in the street under cover( primarily for smokers) and well patronized by locals. Service is good, food is freshly prepared, wine menu is adequate and prices reasonable.

Ate here in a Sunday evening when we expected it to be quiet, but the place was very full, mainly locals which is always a good sign. The menu was very typical local Veronese and the standard of the food was extremely high. We had caprese salad (amongst the freshest and creamiest ever eaten) the meat platter for my husband... Had a lovely lunch here. My husband had a mushroom/truffle dish that was a special - it was delicious! I had the black gnocchi off the usual menu, and this was also lovely. Wine by the glass reasonably priced!

I had read good reviews about this place and decided to leave it for my last night. It was fabulous. A great pasta menu all home made-meat and seafood also. Wine selection by the glass was very good too. Sat outside in the undercover street area and had a lovely time

We arrived 1/2 hr early for our reservations but were quickly seated. We ate outside and the tables are extremely close together. I know this is not uncommon in Italy but it made for an uncomfortable evening. I had Risotto Amarone which was good but a little overpowering to be eaten as a main dish. My husband had the tagliatelle... More
