Great food, with attentive service. Even enjoyed the pasta so much, we ordered another round. Deserts were also good, would recommend for a cosy atmosphere and great food. However, people kept leaving the toilet door open, therefore the sight of the toilet was an eyesore.

Having stayed in the old town Alghero a couple of months every year since 2007 , we had some criticism of not having found traditional Sardenian dishes nearby, only the agriturismos offer it. This place offers excellent Porcetto among other traditonal dishes. Fine reasonably priced...wines, friendly personnel, what could you expect more? We'll come back for sure!More

We went to the restaurant because we were declined by various others for not having a free table. We sat inside. I had a vegetarian pasta (culurgiones) and it was the most delicious pasta I had at Sardinia! The lasagne of my companion were fine...(not great, but OK). The only minus was that they forgot to bring us the drinks we ordered, so we only had meal.More

We choose the perfect day to come to eat here as it was rainy outside and the interior of the shop is very cosy! Reminded me of Rome. As mains we took the porcetta and the pecora stew, food was good although not the best...we had in alghero. I found that the service was a bit rushed for my taste which i didnt appreciate. Make sure to book ahead as it was full. Portions are good and prices average. The side was a bit expensive €4 for spinach. The dessert was excellent.More

Gigi and Victoria are great hosts and the suckling pig is to die for. The food and service is great and the price is very reasonable

Took half an hour to take our order. Food was only okay. Staff were also very rude. Really disappointed given the other reviews here. Air conditioning was also very poor so made for uncomfortable dining. So many better places close by. Avoid

Delicious food and good service, waiting time after ordering was long, no outside sitting. The owner was serving as well and did good.

Looking at the reviews, we had high hopes for the experience of visiting this restaurant. Regrettably, it was a disappointment. The staff was lacy not very friendly. The wine (even though it was recommended by a seemingly experienced server), did not match the food and...tasted cheap. The food was mediocre. Maybe we hit the place at a low point. Nevertheless, the experience as a whole felt lacking compared the great reviews this restaurant has otherwise received.More

A friend suggested this restaurant in Alghero “not to be missed”. As soon as we walked in, we felt the warmth and welcome from the owners. A must, ask what they suggest to order as they are genuine and they really look after you, suggesting...the fresh ingredients of the day. The food was divine, everything was fresh, starting from the bread (bear in mind it was Sunday and bakery don’t usually work Sundays) to the dessert handmade by the owner. We had a great lunch and a beautiful time there. We will definitely visit again next time in Alghero.More
