I must say that the "special of the day" pasta, with mushrooms and shrimp was the worst meal I've ever had in a restaurant. No taste and tiny frozen shrimp in a tasteless sauce. Can't believe it was in Italy. I think maybe the pizza is passable so stick to that. Would never return.

The reviews were mixed for this restaurant but I went by my Rough Guide, which recommends it. No problems with the service. The pizza base was fine, though not a thin base. The white wine was fine. My vegetable Sicilian pizza was a bit bland, maybe because I chose wrongly. My husband enjoyed his very salty calzone, with anchovies.

Love, love, love this place! We tried this place after touring Ortigia and the pastas are bellisimo. So the next day after a day in Palermo we drove miles back to Ortigia just to eat at this place. We park in a public parking lot and walk a few blocks to be welcomed by this friendly place that is open... More

We ate here twice. Service was friendly and efficient both times. The pizza is tasty. I ordered chicken one time and it was bland. If not ordering pizza, I would stick with seafood. That's what Sicilian restaurants do well. Nice atmosphere. Busy takeout pizza business, too.

We went here because we wanted pizzas, we didn't get dissappointed, the bad points were: the waitress could have killed me with her glances, besides she was so so weird. The Antipastis are quite good but unfortunately overpriced. The pizzas are pretty good and cheap. Not the best meal in Sicilia but rather acceptable.

It was a windy and rainy night....and to tell the truth, we went there just because other places were packed. Well, there is a reason. The waitress was acting like she was a robot, no emotions (while the man was much more friendlier). We ordered gnocchi and pasta with pomodoro...very bland... But at least it was cheap so we did... The meal at Zsa was hearty trattoria fare, but the main thing to say in this review is that my wife forgot her purse with everything in it - only realising this the next morning! When we phoned they were waiting for our call and, the initial panic over, we retrieved the purse with everything where it belonged. They couldn't... More

This is not a wonderful restaurant. Although the appetizer, grilled sardines, was good, the first was not memorable. I left before the second course because the noise level was deafening. We were in a back room where sounds reverberated. A second meal was given there for the group, but I opted out. Once was enough.

We had four courses. The first, sardines, was tasty. The second, pasta, although properly cooked al dente, was dry. I did not stay for the rest, because the noise was deafening.

Quiet but expensive restaurant for simple dishes. we paid 4 euros for 5 olives. Tourist trap, and they know.
