We attended Stefano's cooking / pizza making class and it was AMAZING!!!! He was a great host, the lesson was educational but more importantly fun! You start off making various breads that help give you the foundation of what you need to know to make authentic pizza. Baking then eating your own freshly baked bread with local meats and cheese... Stefano is the pizza master! We had so much fun in the class. We learned all about the different flours and methods and got to make bread, macaroni and our own pizza which we got to eat afterwards. We did everything from making the dough, to taking it out of the oven. 10/10. Would do it again next time we... More

Cooking class was a wonderful experience, we made macaroni and pizza. We were served appetizers and drinks, then we dined on our pizzas and macaroni and had cannolis for dessert. We were set for the day as far as food goes,we had our leftovers for dinner. So worth it. Great staff, food and hospitality! Ciao

We had an excellent lunch at this restaurant and discovered that they ran a cooking class which we booked for later in the week. The lunch was very good with all fresh ingredients and the service was superb. We were a little unsure what the cooking class was going to entail but it turned out out to be quite excellent.... The Taormina Half-day cooking class was outstanding. We were greeted before the class and made comfortable while they set up. We were a family of four, joined by a couple, and 14 students from Australia. Stefano and his team were so incredibly efficient and well organized that despite this large number, everyone felt that they were getting individual instruction and... More

I've been to this restaurant today. After the suggestion of the waiter we've decided to take the antipasto del mare. The fish was everything but fresh and good. The skin of the salmon was not removed properly and the fish was very greasy, the sardines full of sugar and not tasty, the fish was warm and all together we have... More

We had booked a pizza cooking class as part of a hens party weekend and where complete surprised by the amazing experience this superb team provided. At meeting time we were greeted with strawberries and juices, we then had a brief historic explanation about pizza and pasta. We then moved into learning how to make bread, macaronni and pizza. In... We called at this Trattoria for lunch and were very disappointed. We had to wait quite some time before anyone came to take our order and it wasn't even busy and there were several waiters on duty. When we eventually placed our order, we then had to wait for over 10 minutes just for our apero's to arrive and a... More
