Maybe it was that we were hungry and tired and we don’t know the other side of the river. Maybe it was that we were spoiled by so many restaurants this many days into our holiday. Maybe it was the adorable couple from the UK,...More

Really good dishes of the regional tradition (ribollita was great!) in a small and really nice place in the historical centre of Firence. Really recommended!

We were 2 couples on holiday in Florence we ate here twice in our 5 night stay in Florence. The food was tasty, the staff friendly and the wine was good. The wild boar stew was lovely. A good dining experience.

We ate here twice because it is just a two minute walk from our apartment. The first time we went there, we had a meal that seemed good, but was a little on the expensive side for what we had, but when we got home,...More

We tried this place for lunch and enjoyed. Its location and size is well enough. The meals were also delicious, especially beef meals and pastas of course. We also recommend to try their local wines as all trattorias have in Italy. We were travelling as...More

We found this restaurant via Trip Advisor as we wanted to sit and have lunch before tackling the Pitti Palace. So glad we did! Rustic restaurant with friendly staff. Off the beaten path so locals present. I had the Cacio e Pepe which was excellent....More

Santo Spirito / San Frediano
A warm evening with a cocktail in your hand and great
company is the ideal way to experience Piazza Santo
Spirito; the area is busiest at sunset for happy hour.
Visitors cannot hide their astonishment sitting on the
staircase under the Basilica of Santo Spirito, and
they cannot help but stare at the architectural
masterpieces like Bianca Cappello House, Fontana dello
Sprone and San Frediano in Cestello and Santa Maria
