Rubbish aperitivo and pricey drinks...but if you're about being seen and like showing off, then this place is for you. Nice setting but it's where the most vapid of society will come to play.

The aperitivo is very good and very rich. However, it also has its price. It is simply to expensive. The service personnel is extremely superficial, above all, if you are not part of the target group, consisting of young, beautiful and rich people. So, it is a very posh and snobbish place.

A great lounge for music and drinks. Went to College Bereto twice and enjoyed both times on this trip. Excellent and attentive bartenders (amazing Caipirinhas) and DJ.

Drinks were not especially good here. I had a whisky sour for 10€ and my friend a glass of wine for 7€. My whisky sour was not strong enough and it had a cherry inside which was not at all edible. My friends wine was ok but that can hardly go wrong. The terrace outside is nice as its entirely... More

We went there for a couple of cocktails early Monday night, sat outside to be able to smoke. Music could be heard from a really lousy speaker, then all of a sudden it stopped and you could only hear it when the doors opened. Cocktails were fairly average, service was average, overall a fairly average one.

The waiting staff could definitely be better. The first time I went here with a group of about 8 to celebrate someone's birthday, we had to wait almost fifteen minutes before anyone came over to get our drink order. Other than that, it was smooth. The second time was the best. There were 5 of us, but it was also... More

Not everything that sparkles is Diamond!! We ordered a Bottle of Gewürztraminer for a very expensive price and it was served in the wrong temperature... IT WAS WARM! For the price we were paying I would expect it to be cold in advance, instead the waiter placed it in a bucket of ice without any water in it, which would... More

This is an upscale elegant cocktail bar/restaurant, located near by the historic Piazza Della Republica, and right across from Palazzo Strozzi. The atmosphere is very friendly and seriously, they make the best Cosmopolitan in the world! (no joke) I find this place to be perfect for the aperitif time, but also great for lunch and/or dinner. The food selection is... More

It's a nice spot to have a late drink...the waiter was extremely rude. Not helpful at all with the menu..we ordered our drinks anyway and then he came with the drinks and the bill. So we asked him if we should pay right away and he said yes. We thought these are the rules of place. A couple of minutes... More

Fancy something not pasta or pizza? Had a super salad here. Lots of mixed leaves, chicken, avocado, orange, tomatoes, toasted almonds and balsamic dressing. Very tasty. Followed with a really lovely chocolate tart. Mmmmmm

Staying in Duomo

Neighbourhood Profile
Florentia, as it was called by Latins, is permeated by an eternal beauty spread in all corners of the city. The historic center is characterized by the immensity of the Duomo, able to transport tourists into the brightest age of Florence: the Renaissance. Who does not know the Brunelleschi Dome, San Giovanni Baptistery and the Giotto’s Campanile? Everything is enclosed here and it would be easy to imagine the city as it was in ancient times, with maids walking in the main square and horses carrying coaches. Nowadays, roads are busy with street artists. Rustic Tuscan bakeries give way to fashion shops; just stop for a few minutes in the middle of Piazza della Repubblica to enjoy the colors and sweet melody of the carousel that will bring back great memories from anyone’s childhood.
