I tried the Lampredotto panini and loved it. There is a long line of both tourists and locals but it moved fast.

Had the roast beef sandwich au jus. Beautiful. Just beautiful Cried a little inside when I remembered I live 5,000 miles away from this market and cannot order it every day.

Tender boiled meat with spicy green and red sauce, yummy. The process seems a bit chaotic but follow the line to eating Nirvana.
