We came with a strong recommendation from our hotel and had mixed reactions. We both had the sautéed spinach which was very good and a generous proportion. My wife had seafood spaghetti which she raved about. I had the house lasagne which tasted warmed over and wasn't special. The waiter recommended a chianti which to me was the best part... More

Natalino was recommended to us. We arrived there without a booking. We were welcomed with open arms. The staff were wonderful and attentive. The food and wine was amazing. Italian home made cuisine at its best. We will return before we go home.

Very good restaurant in the center to try tipical florence food. We got nice wine, tipical starters with salami and florence ham and then main dish as ravioli with burrata. Very very nice. Some good desserts. Around 40 € per person which was not so cheap but reasonable for what we got

As we were staying two blocks away we walked past Natalino every day. We decided to have dinner here one night and really glad we did. We were on Italian time and arrived for dinner at about 8:00 P,. The restaurant was packed but we put our name in and the owner led us over to their wine bar across... More

This establishment offers fresh made sandwiches for about 4 euros. Great value and Quality !!! Free use of their spacious and clean toilet if you are a paying customer. Great place to grab a sandwich while exploring the beautiful city of Florence.

Natalino is my favorite restaurant in all of Florence – and I don’t have a lot of “favorites” so that’s quite a lot coming from me. So, I came across this beautiful restaurant the first night I was in Florence (I’m studying abroad) and now no week is complete without a visit here! Anyone who walks into this place will... More

We visited Natalino at the suggestion of our hotel. the trattoria features a traditional Tuscan menu. On the night we visited, we luckily were able to sit at a table outside and we enjoyed a delicious meal while watching people stroll by. The food and the service were great. We both started with a caprese which was delicious. The ravioli... More

This was near our hotel and looked cute so we decided to eat here. There was a wait but the staff kept checking on the people waiting and gave us some prosecco because it took a bit. The food was amazing and the staff very nice and helped give us suggestions of local bars with less tourists. We wanted tirimisu... More

We enjoyed the excellent food and wine at reasonable prices. The staff were very friendly and helpful when looking for a gelato place - which is the best in Florence Rivareno. Would go back again.

Staying in Duomo

Neighbourhood Profile
Duomo
Florentia, as it was called by Latins, is permeated by an eternal beauty spread in all corners of the city. The historic center is characterized by the immensity of the Duomo, able to transport tourists into the brightest age of Florence: the Renaissance. Who does not know the Brunelleschi Dome, San Giovanni Baptistery and the Giotto’s Campanile? Everything is enclosed here and it would be easy to imagine the city as it was in ancient times, with maids walking in the main square and horses carrying coaches. Nowadays, roads are busy with street artists. Rustic Tuscan bakeries give way to fashion shops; just stop for a few minutes in the middle of Piazza della Repubblica to enjoy the colors and sweet melody of the carousel that will bring back great memories from anyone’s childhood.
