We have tried many gelatos in Florence but Carabe's are definitely best. Naturally it's up to the flavors one prefers but almond and ricotta were delicious

This was recommended but was disappointing. There's another just down the street to try. Watch for shops that have product not higher than the edge of the containers. Some look pretty but have preservatives.

Amazing gelato. Well worth the wait in line. Try the black cherry and the pistachio together! For the soft gelato try the mousse.
