Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Amazing pizza, tasted so good that we got one to go for later after our meal. It got really busy just before 8pm. Definitely a great place, packed with locals and tourists alike. Service was attentive and welcoming to all. It is a must for...pizza in Florence.More

This was the best meal we ate in Florence and we were there for a week eating everything. You have to go here. We were hosted by Manuela who gave us the perfect recommendations and even a special chilli! After the pasta, I had to...go to the kitchen in the back to personally thank Nello who made the picci (pasta dish with tomato sauce), the greatest dish I've ever eaten and I'm not exaggerating. We also shared a pizza which was delicious. GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!More

Hands down best pizza during our Italy trip. No tourists here. Restaurant was very authentic, and really comes to life after 8pm. We had dinner here at 9pm on a Wednesday night and we got the last table. Pizzas were extremely tasty, service good, prices...more than reasonable. Would highly recommend walking down to this spot, away from the tourist traps by the river.More

We did not have a reservation and they worked us in, even though it was very busy. They were very accommodating and found us a nice table outside. We had a great server Ornalla, who even asked the chef to make a special meal for...one of us. She was a fantastic server and the meals were very tasty. Will be going back there again when in Florence.More

Superb experience! This our second visit and had a wonderful time. Make sure to reserve, the restaurant gets full very quickly. Our waitress was very sweet, friendly and welcoming. The pizzas were as always outstanding and quite reasonable. The Nduja with onions pizza, Spicy Diavola...Salumi ( extra spicy Salumi ) pizza and the Gorgonzola pizza ( added Nduja ) were exceptional. See you again :)More

Fantastic Pizza with top service. Thin bottom of pizza takes care for fantastic taste, we really can recommend the pizza diavola and the one with truffles and burrata. Very kind service by Manuela, who makes the stay comfortable. One star less as the noises from...the street can be quite loud.More

This casual neighbourhood trattoria got our holiday off to such a good start that we couldn’t resist returning for our last night. We stayed nearby but it’s worth a longer trip. The pizzas looked great but we are so pleased to have adventured on the...specials board. Because this is not ‘just’ a pizzeria - there is seafood cooking with flair and flavour in abundance. The pasta with a fish ragout and gnocchi with shrimps were among the best pasta dishes we’ve had in Italy. These came after an outstanding plate of Tuscan charcuterie and before some surprisingly refined secondis and a moreish pudding of apple cake with ice cream. Most memorable of all was the wonderful atmosphere - the place buzzes with locals and on both nights we had really welcoming, friendly, English-speaking service. This restaurant will surely get a higher rating, it certainly deserves one, but hopefully it will also remain a well-kept secret!More

The thinnest, most delicious, wood fired pizza I ever ate! A busy place, so don’t be picky about where you sit. The pizza chef actually took our order and he served it a few minutes later. A great experience!!! It’s near the Porta Romana.

Always busy but they will do their best to fit you in as long as you are not fussy where you sit. Typically Italian; noisy, frantic buy joyous with very frindly staff.

I have been twice so far and both times my partner and I had a lovely meal. First time we ordered off the black board, he had the Gnudi and I had the Seabass both were excellent. On our second visit we both had a...pizza, their menu is not quite traditional but plenty of choice. The crust was paper thin and crispy just the way I like it. We drank the house wine which was great and the coffee was amazing as it always is here in Italy. I was not overly impressed with the Tiramisu, too much cream/mascarpone, and a bit too sweet. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, we had no problem getting a table but beware it is very busy so you may need to wait a bit. A must while you are in Florence.More
