This is the definition of a tourist trap restaurant. We were very hungry after spending the day getting to and from Pisa and it was well past our lunch time. We finally just decided to stop and eat at this place. First red flag should be to not go in any restaurant where they are waiting outside to get you... More

Never, Never, Never eat here. Unfortunately this restaurant location is right in the middle of the beautiful Piazza della Signoria in Florence. So you would think that the Italian tourism commission would make sure that in places like this they have good Italian food restaurants. This was the worst restaurant, the staff are all friendly but could not or would... More

First, the negative. Yes, it isn't cheap but as there is a menu placed very handily *before* you sit down I don't understand why anyone would eat somewhere they thought was too dear. Then, we had the most delicious meal here last week. We had my favourite starter to share - Melon and Parma Ham - big enough for two.... More

Chose this restaurant as we were hungry and exhausted from a full day of sightseeing, and wanted a quick lunch! The service was average to none, as they where quick to offer you a table but afterwords reacted like you owned them ,especially with the 15% service charge!!I believe the tip you have to earn it and not demand it!... Our family was mixed: 2 of them wanted 5 stars. Service was tremendous. Food was delicious. Based on our experience, I'm not sure how anyone could rate this lower.

We stopped at this restaurant mainly because it started to rain and we needed to shelter from the weather and find a place to have dinner quickly. We had not yet read the negative reviews on TripAdvisor until we had sat down and logged on to their free WiFi service. By then it was too late to heed the warnings... More

We had a Nice experience there, even because we were eating only a pizza. Fast service, reasonable price. Great location to spend some time.

This restaurant is located right on Piazza della Signoria, the main square of Florence. The weather was very good and we sat outside. Food includes regular Italian pasta and pizza and some other menu. Wines are excellent as everywhere in Italy. It has free Wi-Fi. We ordered pizza and pasta and it was very delicious. Price range is higher than... More

To be honest, I think we made a mistake when choosing to have lunch here. For the same or even less price you might have a better meal.. I ordered baked potatoes, apart from the fact that they were cold, I could taste that the had been re heated... no good quality. I was really annoyed because you don't expect... More
