Our tour guide took us to Porcellino for lunch and we loved it so much we went back for our last dinner in Florence! Very local tucked away place close to the leather market and all main sites. You'll find more locals than tourists here - especially at night and the food can't be beat. Classic, well done Italian food!... More

This place had great service. We had a reservation, but i think they would have sat us since we were kind of early. The menu is exceptional and everything we tried was delicious. The staff were super friendly and informative. They made menu adjustments due to an allergy without any hesitation. Definitely will go back if I am in Florence... More

Firstly this restaurant does not have pizza. It is located next to the Mamamia restaurant in the area of the Fontana del Porcellino. A cosy small restaurant with great food. We would recommend the 'tortelli di zucca gialla'. Will definitely come again if we are back in Florence.

Walk in the restaurants and had a really great service. We had a wonderful portion of mixed crostini and Polenta flan with mushrooms and black cabbage. Really delicious. Then we had a portion of gnocchi with sausage and pappardelle al cinghiale. There is a great selection of wine and we had one of the chianti classico. Good prices and great... More

Late in the afternoon we happened upon this fascinating looking restaurant. They told us they were closed until 7:00, so we waited. When we entered at 7:05, we were warmly greeted and shown a table at the window. Then a "spritz", which was lovely. Our meal was perfect for our appetites. A large appetizer for me, a meal for my... It has a very nice atmosphere and the food is very good. It is located in the center of the city. They have a very good selection of traditional food and it is very tasty. You can also see a lot of locals eat here.

Great atmosphere, local people, good food, not expensive, great service.we were advised to come for lunch by a local merchant, who eats here regularly. Didn't see any tourists... Family eating beside us and other regulars who seemed to know the owner and wait staff. I had the ribolitta and Chianti-- nice break in between shopping.

The restaurant is in the heart of the city center. We went Friday night there without booking and we found a table very easy. The service is very friendly and they are happy to answer you every question you may have about the menu. We tried traditional dishes which were very tasty. Generally the place is a very good and...
