The service is ok, but the food and wine was old. The cake was incredibly disgusting, hard. Never again.

New Year´s Eve is an unfair occasion to rate a restaurant. They´re at full capacity and have to serve all the plates at the same time. Once stated this, the service was good enough. The fixed price included a 5 courses diner with Italian wines and Prosecco for toasting. I can´t imagine anybody finishing all lthat food. The servings were... More

This restaurant is very nice. It is conveniently located in the city center, nearby the Duomo and the Stazione. I went there with a coupon bought on Groupon. Food was good and the waiters were very nice and competent.

For my daughter first birthday I've organized a big party in the Boscolo Astoria "Sala Gaddi". The catering was made by the restaurant of the Hotel. Everything was perfect especially for the big help of mr. Romeo and mr.Ryan . I don't remember all the names. I expected to have around 40-45 adults, at least we were 87 and they... More

I was there for a group lunch and it was fine -- Vegetable flan with a green salad, Gnocchi with tomato sauce and basil, chocolate mousse and coffee. Service was nice. But what I would like to recommend is taking the elevator to the 6th floor terrace to enjoy the spectacular views. This is worth the “price of admission” of... More

I was another one going with a coupon...it seems a very common occurrence! Anyway the food was OK. The place lack a bit of personality but the staff is extremely nice and helpful. The antipasti and the steak and the porcini mushrooms were OK, the dessert really not great. Not bad, not great.

Very Good food in a nice environment. Good service too. At the end of the meal we were given the opportunity to have coffee on the roof terrace on the 6th floor which has very nice view of Florence.

Ate here twice. When GM/Owner was on-site food was palatable. When he was not present, it was marginal at most
