The gelato at this place is very good. A range of flavours available at a reasonable price. It is quite difficult to find, however. The atmosphere inside is very warm, and there is comfortable seating to enjoy your ice cream sat down.
This place is known to be one of the oldest gelatarias in Florence.
I am sure all flavors are good.

It is worth looking up this location and diverting for the best gelato in Florence. Four generations have been making gelato, and it's evident in the smooth texture, and creative and standard gelato flavors. Try the seasonal fruit gelatos. Very fresh taste.

We enjoyed Vivoli 20 years ago and it is still OUTSTANDING. the fresh coconut is a great flavor as is the chocolate orange. You can’t miss with their flavors and better not miss stopping off here once or twice a day.

I've eaten better ice creams in Sicily, Aosta, Sardinia, etc. We went there only because someone told us it was the best ice cream in Florence. What a disappointment! it was rather expensive, tiny portions, and sugary. I won't come back again to this place....More
