Went here on a very hot day in August after a quick trip around Florence. It is up a tiny laneway hidden from view, but a welcome delight. There should be more signage - it is literally in the laneway facing the side of Cattedrale...More

In our opinion, the most delicious ice cream we had during our whole stay in Italy. And very nice and helpful staff. We had the chance to taste different flavours before ordering.

Even Grom is the franchise, I confidently can say it’s the best. For me, who got back to my place after the trip to Italy, what I miss the most is Grom’s Gelato. You will not fail if you choose Grom. I highly recommend you...More

Always crowded. Huge following. Lines move along pretty swiftly, though. Staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable enough. Gelato is very good. However, the value is poor. You get very little for your money and there is virtually no place to seat at this particular location....More

We stopped by on a warm day and the gelato and sherbets hit the spot. They will tell you which ones have milk in them (as I am lactose intolerant). My friends tried the coffee, chocolate and stratiatella - all good. I am usually a...More

This ice cream shop is near the Duomo in Florence. When we arrived there was a crowed of young people so it looks like we have to wait long time, but the all had their ice cream already. You can choose out of 20 -...More

Situated in side street near Duomo. Worth seeking it out. Short queue on afternoon we visited. About 15 flavours. The lemon is the best for a hot afternoon. I pick same flavour to make it easier to compare. Grom’s is the better one for lemon...More

As is often the case, eateries in central tourist areas are not where you find the best food. That was the case here. Very average gelati, not up to Italian standards. If you want really good gelati in Florence, walk over the bridge and explore...More

Highly recommended. Lots of unusual flavours, nice cones and reasonably priced. Comes from a metal barrel so you can't see the gelato unlike most places where its piled up.

Great service, good choice of flavours, place to sit and enjoy. It's bitty ones are fine to savour and stay healthy!

Florentia, as it was called by Latins, is permeated by
an eternal beauty spread in all corners of the city.
The historic center is characterized by the immensity
of the Duomo, able to transport tourists into the
brightest age of Florence: the Renaissance. Who does
not know the Brunelleschi Dome, San Giovanni
Baptistery and the Giotto’s Campanile? Everything is
enclosed here and it would be easy to imagine the city
