Dear Matrons, you evaluated poor food what you have never eaten before(and probably you even didn’t know what a risotto is and how you can make it )…your drunk reference is so full of shameful stuff I don’t know how to start: 1)First of all...More

We had only one night in Pisa and decided to have dinner at Ben d'Iddio, because of their reviews. Well they certainly did not disappoint. So close to the tower but you get great food for a fair price. We had the chance to talk...More

We intentionally came off the touristy Street hoping to find a nice place for a drink that wasn't overpriced. We sat down with a 500ml caraf of red wine (6 euro) and were treated to delicious olives, freshly baked bread and olive oil. We decided...More

We were trying to walk away from the hustle and bustle of Pisa attractions when we stumbled upon this place. To be honest, we were skeptical - how can something so close to the attractions be authentic. But wow, we were pleasantly surprised. The host...More

Description
The Restaurant "Ben d' Iddio" is inspired with the traditional Mediterranean kitchen, before the arrival of the industrial system. This was for definition vegetarian, fish and meat were foods destined to the particular recurrences, like on Sunday was done the juice with butcher's shop discarding and tomatoes. . . this healthy and tasty tradition has always fascinated us, pressing us to search for couplings and products able to recall the sensations tried feeling the smells coming out from the kitchen of the grandmother. This style can create, in our opinion, temporal-space bubbles that could bring back you to the true tastes, smells, colours and typical sensations of the products of the land in which we live, the most beautiful and generous land for us . . Let's wait for you with joy!!
