Great food quality, attentive service, very nice interior over two levels. This is a Thai that you will remember. A bit too pricey though.

The ambiance and food was good. Our server Bangon was sweet. But Alexandro was very impolite.we had a reservation but in spite of that he was not ready to serve us. His behavior was really very rude.

On Saturday, I went with some friends to try breakfast, and I thought it was a fantastic experience all around. The staff were pleasant and accommodating, and the food was wonderful. One of the waiters helped me with my dish when I needed it because...I had hurt my hand. One woman, meanwhile, didn't appear to be smiling at all. She had short black hair and seemed to be in middle age. Her attitude made me feel uneasy. I expected more professional service from a place of this level.More

Average, overpricing food. The main course was not eatable at all - fish in lemon sauce. We were asked to leave a table in 2 hours despite the fact that restaurant was literature empty... Extremely unfriendly service by the manager. Never recommend or back to...this place!More

Let’s start with the positive. Arrived at the restaurant after a short walk from Lucerne train station and was greeted by great ambience. Also spotted a 2019 Michelin badge and thought to myself all off to a good start. Most positive aspects pretty much ended...there. Food was mediocre and particularly the tom yam which we ordered lacked balance and tasted like seasoning powder reminiscent of some mama instant noodles. To make things worse, the full swing bad service was the highlight of the night. We had a rude service crew attending to us throughout the whole night which I will not get into the details. For the price on the menu, this is no way to treat your customers. Barring the food quality and service standards, my night’s craving for Thai food could possibly had a better fix at that random Thai food kiosk in the train station.More

I liked Thai Garden's interior, it shows grandiosity and feels Asian, with the big hall and long stairs. The meals are good too. if you visit for the 4th or 5th time, as I did, then the big meals do not feel that new. When...you are here for the first time, you will be overwhelmed by the variety of the meals offered in the big menus.More

COVI D compliant. Good food, good menu, but expect to pay Swiss prices. Service was good. English menu available , and language was no issue. Street car parking will be tricky, so use commercial car park or public transport. Major CCs accepted.

We did an early dinner ahead of a music event at the nearby KKL. Central location, though in a side street, so you are not going to see it easily. Wonderful decor, super service and good food. Highly recommnended. Needs an advance booking.

The ambience that will welcome you is quite a positive surprise and a great ambience. The quality of the service and friendliness deserves a mention, as it is of superior level. The Thai food is surely not a Michelin level, as it is a very...westernized Thai, nothing really special. If on top of that you add the rice, which clearly not of good quality, there you have it. Get ready for a hefty bill, really not worth it.More

Nice restaurant and decorations... but food is really western thaifood... nothing about original thai. No thai would eat this dishes and very thai would cook better at home or on street. No... will not recommend No... will not be back

Very disappointing food. It’s unbelievable that this Restorant is rated among the top Restaurants in Switzerland. The service was poor as well. Same low quality of the food as in McDonald’s, I really expected high quality but unfortunately no. My advice is not to waste...your money there!More
