The talent of great chefs is to surprise, dish after dish, the challenge is huge and the expectation just as big. For my second evening at this restaurant the "magician" treated us to a series of elaborate dishes, beautiful to the eyes and convincing to the tastebuds. The chef welcomed us to explain his New Year's Eve menu concept. He did not disappoint. We had 8 courses of pure indulgence. The staff working at this restaurant exceeds expectations. Had the summer menu with wines. 7 courses, but only one of the starters had a touch of magic. Desserts were on the excellent side, but one of the main dish was clearly a flop: sweetbread with some guacamole, very strange, sweet ann lacking contrast.
