I had a fantastic evening here. Enjoyed live Swiss music while thoroughly enjoying cheese fondue and later weinerschnitzel. Everything was excellent.

We ate here on a Friday evening, it was quite busy (I recommend making a reservation during the ski season). The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the food was very nice. I had a salad to start with, and then the Älplermagronen, with stewed apples. The Älplermagronen was the best I have ever eaten, and the stewed apples... More

We enjoyed a lovely fondue here, made with Gruyère, Vacherin and Appenzeller cheeses. Served with both bread and boiled potatoes for dipping, washed down by a great Petite Arvine white wine. The restaurant is cosy, lots of wood and Swiss touches. A live band plays Swiss folk music and kept on playing even though, by the time we left, only... More

The service staffs are all very friendly. We took a longer time and still not able to decide what to eat, the recommendation from the staff is really good. She recommended Lamb on hot stone. I am not really a lamb meat person as i am scare of the smell, but the recommendation was really good. The lamb do not... More

it was our first time trying fondue and the very staff were very helpful to properly talk us through the options and recommended the wines that went well with it. It was indeed a great experience and the evening's live performance of Swiss traditional music made it all the better. Prices were also reasonable too.

My husband and I split the sun-dried tomato fondue. It was so good and we were very full. Prices were reasonable for Switzerland. The staff were so friendly and helpful! There was also a live band playing traditional Swiss music. It was a traditional Swiss atmosphere.

This is Zermatt, and prices are accordingly, but this is a friendly and clean place, with traditional swiss music being played in the evenings. We've been to more expensive places but not to warmer ones. It serves swiss style food with a smile.

We have been going to the Schweizerhof for 5 years. Feels (and looks) like a real ski hotel. We used to think it needed an upgrade but the real charm comes from the staff who go out of their way to make your stay so welcoming. Location is convenient for two out of the three lifts. And close to all... More

We tried to stop and have lunch at several places in this small town. This one was one of few open. Nice to find parking and easy access. Food was good and plentiful. Tried Swiss food here and some German fare as well.
