We had high expectations for the Brasserie, but the quality of the reataurant didn’t meet them. The first thing which went wrong was the timings. We ordered aperitives, but they arrived almost the same time as our starters. You can imagine Negroni with Vitello tonato....What comes to food it was average, looked pretty, but the taste left lots of room for improvements. Staff was friendly.More

We ate breakfast here in the mornings and had a fabulous evening meal here too. Views over the gardens and a very elegant decor. Good atmosphere and excellent service. The food was exquisite too. My gazpacho was beautiful and my steak was so tender. A...truly lovely meal and eveningMore

Beautiful terrace, charming service, peaceful atmosphere. Amazing food, especially the gazpacho with the basilic sorbet. One of the best spot to celebrate anniversaries or special occasions.

5 min walk from the Lake Geneva. Very cosy restaurant hidden in the private park of the Royal Savoy Hotel 5*. In summer, highly recommended to book a table on the terrace. Ideal place for both business lunches and dinners as well as for romantic...dinners. The staff is very flexible to discuss a menu for family special events. Really, a very good rapport quality/ price, perfect service. I would recommend the quinoa salad (not only for vegetarians!) and beef carpaccio as a first course; roasted seabass or plancha cooked poulp as a main course.More

Impeccable from start to end. Culinary experience and excellent wine list. Very comfortable set up makes this place a must in Lausanne. Compared to other posh starred restaurants, this place keeps up effortlessly!

While visiting Lausanne last November , we tried the brasserie for lunch. For first course, I had one of my best fish carpaccio dressed with pomegranate, my wife had a declination of pumpkin which sage like very much. For main course, I had the crisp...sweetbread while my wife had the filet of sander fish. Dessert was out of this world, a declination of the famous Mont Blanc with chestnut ice cream. All with a cozy atmosphere and a professional and attentive service. An excellent experience. We will certainly go back on our next tripMore

It used to be a safe card, but since they changed the chefs things are no longer the same. The sea bream carpaccio was not a carpaccio at all. Chunks of raw fish! Couldn't find the passion fruit nor the lime tastes. The service was...appalling, they stretched over the table in front of you to place the plate. The service was very slow and non competent. Not going back!More

Beautiful classy place with an amazing outside eating area. The food was good but the best is really the classy atmosphere. I expected it to be more expensive than it actually was.

A great brasserie, although the food, inspired by Marc Haeberlin, is above what the word brasserie would normally mean. Impeccable service, and creative food, tasty but light. Not worth the trip but certainly worth the detour.

I was there to celebrate my birthday with my family. The comapany was amasing, the decore fantastic but the food itself was simple, distasteful, cold and overpriced.

We went to "La Brasserie du Royal", and it was an incredible food experience. I got very surprised how creative was the food. We tried their appetizers, which were all superb, my favorite being "l'oeuf parfait" (the prefect egg). The young staff is extremely friendly,...professional, and very attentive. They were also very accommodating to our dietary requests, despite us not giving them an advanced notice. I also had one of the best desserts of my life at this restaurant, which really capped off the meal on an excellent note. Highly recommended!More

Nice layout and decent/good starters/main courses. Desserts are average (given pricing) and waiters need to be more focused. Ok to go back, but not on my priority list
