The only experience I have of Milchbar is for an evening drink of Hugo and the yummy almonds they served with it. It's a cute little cafe/bar with a alley in between, looking out to the fountain in one of Zurich's courtyards behind Bahnhofstrasse. I liked it.

Hidden in the middle of the business area in Zürich, Milchbar has created a stylish and cozy place to be. The drinks are great and as wished also personalize created on everyones needs and prefered flavors. The food is limited but still outstanding in it's taste, I recomment you the Vitello Tonato which is mouthwatering!! A special thanks goes to... More

We were 16 girls who enjoyed the amazing Schober Brunch à discretion at Milchbar. Champagn, freshly pressed orange juice, Birchermuesli, colourful fruit salad, best coffee in town, little cakes, croissants, cheese and meat plates, egg variations... happy, friendly staff. Thank you Fabio

Do not be put off by its name, it is a good place for lunch too, after a hard day shopping or relaxing in meetings. Just off Bahnhofstrasse on a large courtyard, good outside seating in summer. Especially upstairs it has a great atmosphere and small tables. Not for large groups but good for 2 or 3. Nice small menu... More

After a couple of day in Switzerland, I was ready to have the ultimate cheese experience: all you can eat cheese fondue at 33 chf / pers (including 1 mug of mulled wine, which is more than reasonable for Zurich). For obvious olfactory reasons, we had to sit outside in order to not bother the other guests having coffees and... More

My visit to the Milchbar located at Kappelergasse was very nice. The place is hidden at the inner courtyard off Paradeplatz. This ‘hof’ area has a beautiful green fountain at the center and lots of courtyard seating with all seats having sheepskin type blankets. This shop itself is rather small with an order counter and only about three counter seats.... More

Milchbar has one of the nicest locations in Zurich City, especially in summer. Hidden in a lovely courtyard just next to busy Paradeplatz, its an oasis. The concept is great, some few dishes & daily specials, no big menu. Beside the food they have great drinks and special coffe blends. Unfortunately the quality of both food and service is not... Excellent for lunch. Good meals, very rapid and friendly service. Very suitable for good and efficient informal business lunches. Nice to sit outside.
